Why it matters
Digital and print behave differently — colors shift, fine type that looks fine on screen can break at small sizes, and a design that looks great as a PDF can print blurry if it wasn't built at the right resolution. Catching that after 500 units are printed is an expensive mistake.
How I approach it
Every print file is checked against the actual printing method and material before it goes to press — not just designed to look right on a screen.
