Vector Studio

Privacy Policy

Your privacy, plainly explained.

This policy explains what information Vector Studio collects through this website, how it's used, and how you can reach us about it. Last updated July 26, 2026.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company (optional), project type, and message. We do not require an account or collect payment information through this site.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use this site — which pages are viewed, how long people stay, roughly where in the world they are, and what kind of device and browser they use. This is collected in aggregate to improve the site; we do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not run advertising trackers. Google acts as the data processor and handles this data under its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Third-party services

When you submit the contact form, a summary of your inquiry is forwarded to our team via the Telegram Bot API so we can respond promptly. Telegram processes that message according to its own privacy policy. Analytics is handled by Google, as described above. We do not sell your data or share it with advertising networks.

Cookies & local storage

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser so it can tell a returning visit from a new one and group a visit's pages into a single session. Separately, your light/dark theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage so it's remembered on your next visit — that one stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or use its Do Not Track or private browsing mode; the site works normally either way.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain reasonable business records. You can request that we delete your information at any time — see the contact details below.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion at any time. To do so, contact us using the details below.
